Monthly Stays: For all stays of 30 nights or longer, no refunds will be given on or after arrival. Nightly/Weekly Stays: For all stays shorter than 30 nights, no refunds are given on or after arrival. Refer to order summary during online check out for all applicable fees. Certain amenities are subject to seasonal closures, closure for repair, maintenance, or other purposes, or may not have capacity to accommodate all guests at the desired time of use. Sun does not guarantee that amenities will be available to guests at all times. Fee includes Wi-Fi, basic cable, activities, access to onsite facilities and more. If applicable, a daily resort fee is added to each reservation.
Personal checks are not accepted at check-in. Monthly reservations require a deposit of $500.
All nightly and weekly reservations require a deposit of two nights or half of your stay, whichever is greater.
